The Journal uses information submitted through its forms to process requests and communicate with the person who submitted them.
What we collect
Forms collect the contact details and preferences you choose to provide. Please do not send medical records or detailed medical histories. Information is stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database and is available only through authorized administrative access.
How requests are used
The Journal team uses requests to review submissions, research options and contact you. Matching information is not forwarded to providers without your separate approval. Newsletter consent is optional and separate.
Analytics and choices
When you allow optional audience measurement, Google Analytics helps us understand site use. Analytics will not include names, emails, intake answers, health interests or query strings. Administrative and intake routes are excluded.
Access, correction and deletion
Use the contact form and choose Privacy request to ask about access, correction or deletion. The publisher handles privacy requests through this form. Contact and matching requests are kept while the request remains active and for follow-up, unless you request deletion; newsletter preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Please use the same email address you supplied so the team can locate your request.
